Since Adobe flash player is no longer available at Google Play Store and the new Android device won't ship with flash support just like the Jelly Bean device unless the retailers have pre-downloaded and installed the flash player before.Fortunately, we can manually download and install the flash player for Android phone and tablet from the Archived Flash Player Versions page on the Adobe website or use the third app to help us do that easily.

Method 2:SWF Viewer Pro (Support Android 2.2 - 4.1.1 )

If you think the manually opeartion is not easy for you, you can also choose a better way.Use SWF Viewer Pro to help you intall the Adobe flash player Plugin.

The app supports fullscreen play and fast explore & search SWF files. Also, you can preview Flash in the file explorer interface. It can help you to install Adobe Flash Player Plugin smartly, it supports armv6, armv7 and x86 android device (include android armeabi-v7a emulator). And more.
